Customers can return or exchange their unused items within 15 days of delivery of their package. Product should be in “brand-new” condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, a refund is not offered on opened or used products. All clearance item sales are final.
All returns must include a copy of the completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is a result of Statement of Being’s error such as an incorrect or defective item, etc. was received).
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item ordered. Refunds will be applied to original method of payment, into the account which provided the original purchase payment. An automated email will be sent confirming the refund at this time.
Expect to receive all approved refunds within 3–5 weeks of shipping the return package to Statement of Being.
